How exactly to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moments Is Your Miracle

Set aside a second and inquire relating to this very important question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that people perceive through the five senses—is made on unconscious fear. How can this be? By the energy of our mind. Your brain simply can only see what it believes, which is why we have to release false beliefs. In the end, the spiritual journey becomes all about facing this unconscious fear.
