Just how to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moment Is Your Miracle

Take a moment and inquire concerning this essential question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that we perceive through the five senses—is built on unconscious fear. How do this be? By the power of our mind. The mind simply can only just see what it believes, which explains why we must release false beliefs. In the long run, the spiritual journey becomes about facing this unconscious fear. This is actually the transformation of the projected world into peace. Whenever we perceive something fearful, we can always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause as opposed to react a course in miracles. By having a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in how exactly we see things, and we can start to let go of habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then start to open around inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there is fear in your brain oahu is the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This results in lots of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's important to have the ability to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you are in a position to see your fears and what's behind them, you are able to really get into the effectiveness of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's almost nothing that may threaten you. Then the fear inevitably needs to leave.
