How exactly to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moment Is Your Miracle

Set aside a second and inquire about that extremely important question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that people perceive through the five senses—is built on unconscious fear. Just how can this be? By the energy of our mind. The mind simply can only see what it believes, which is why we need to release false beliefs. In the long run, the spiritual journey becomes exactly about facing this unconscious fear. This is the transformation of the projected world into peace acim podcast. Once we perceive something fearful, we can always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause rather than react. By having a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in how exactly we see things, and we can begin to let go of habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors.
